Our resident Psychotherapist, Sarah McCloughry, has over 20 years experience practising as a hypnotherapist and psychotherapist and has helped many women in their recovery form Post Natal Depression.

After qualifying as a hypnotherapist in 1985 with the National College of Hypnosis and Psychotherapy she went on to complete a certificate in counselling with the British Association for Social Psychiatry in 1987 and is a member of the National Register of Hypnotherapists and Psychotherapists. Sarah makes regular contributions to a number of national UK magazines such as Zest, She and Company magazines and appears regularly on UK Radio.
